The prices shown in the online shop are in Swiss francs, including VAT, excluding delivery costs, ex-warehouse.

Price validity

Subject to changes in the range, prices, exchange rates or conditions. Discounts and promotions are not cumulative.
The current price cancels and replaces all previous prices. Product information is available from our customer service department at the following e-mail address: [email protected]. You can also visit our website at www.swissalpforce.ch. It is not binding in the event of price changes or stock shortages.

Postage, delivery method and delivery time

All the invoicing costs and the different delivery methods are shown when the order is validated.

The delivery period begins once Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA has verified the customer details in the case of delivery without payment in advance, and on receipt of payment or bank authorisation in the case of delivery with payment in advance (online credit card). We make home deliveries throughout Switzerland within 4 working days of the date of the order on our online shop, subject to availability of the products ordered. If delivery is refused, 50% of the total invoice remains payable.

Payment

Payment for goods must be made in full when the order is placed, either by credit card (secure online payment) such as Visa, MasterCard or TWINT.

Right of withdrawal

In all cases, the customer must inform the sales department in writing (telephone, e-mail, fax, letter) of their decision before returning the goods. However, these provisions shall not apply to orders for products that have been customised or specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering (special formats, customised packaging, etc.).

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. The courts of the canton of Valais shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to sales concluded under these general terms and conditions.
