3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

4. PRICE

5. DELIVERY

5.2 Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA makes every effort to ensure delivery within 5 to 15 working days of receipt of the order.
5.3 Deliveries may only be made in Switzerland.
5.4 A delay in delivery shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order and shall not give rise to any compensation. Should the delay exceed 30 working days, Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA undertakes to keep you informed. Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA makes every effort to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.
6. VERIFICATION OF GOODS
6.1 You are responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery.
6.2 If you discover that goods are missing or damaged, you must report this to the carrier and inform Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA within 5 days of delivery. Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically.
6.3 Any anomalies discovered at a later date, such as cork taint, must be reported in writing to [email protected].
7. RETURNS
7.1 You may return goods that are not to your satisfaction within 5 days of receiving the order.
7.2 Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
7.3 Where returns have been made in the prescribed manner, Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA will refund the price of the returned goods within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. You are responsible for the cost of postage.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA will use its best endeavours to fulfil its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or other events that prevent the production, transport or delivery of products.
11.2 In the event of a delay, Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA will fulfil its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute remaining stocks of products among its customers on an equitable basis.
12 APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
12.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the law of the country in which Swiss ALP Force Essentials SA, which issues your invoice, is registered.
